Good experience – I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this firm

Good experience. After I requested a quote I got a follow up call from a knowledgeable sales rep, who gave me the comfort that I would be getting the right boiler and accessories installed (including talking me down from getting a more advanced + expensive model, which he indicated had features that I would not need).

Install day itself went smoothly (esp. as I am the landlord and so was not present). Good communications throughout, including a courtesy call to indicate that a before the install could commence, a box around piping would need to be removed, causing a little inevitable damage. I also asked for an option to have an advanced flush during the install should it be required (which would cost another 200GBP) – the installer determined this was not needed – which reflects the honesty and integrity of this firm. Very happy.
