The people are so welcoming and honest and very helpful. The engineer was just brilliant and clean and efficient and quick and great to talk to about a variety of boilers and which one the better one on comparison .But sadly none.we in the house have named it the Ninja boiler as it’s so quiet compared to two different boilers I’ve had previously..Thank you for everything and I will be recommending it to all my clients and family .again thank you .mts

Does Slough have hard water?
Yes, Slough has hard water. Supplied by Thames Water, Slough has some of the hardest water in the UK due to the chalky limestone found in the region which causes the water to contain higher levels of minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium. What this means for a boiler installation is that the water in Slough will be prone to limescale. Whilst this may sound like an issue, let us reassure you that it’s not as 60% of the UK has hard water. All it means is that we will need to install an inexpensive hard water filter to boiler installations in Slough. Whilst to resolve any existing limescale issues in your heating system, we will also undertake a full chemical flush.
