The Baxi Platinum Compact Combi is a wall-mounted, condensing boiler – part of Baxi’s premium boiler range. It was released as a high-end Baxi boiler based on the older Baxi 800 Combi boiler, which is no longer manufactured. Not to be confused with the Baxi 800 Combi 2 which is their latest offering.

The Baxi Platinum Compact Combi Boiler is a mid-range boiler with a variety of outputs to choose from, making it an appropriate choice for small to medium-sized homes and apartments.

It is easy to install in a large cupboard in a kitchen, bathroom or airing cupboard. It can integrate with the Baxi uSense smart controls or another smart thermostat if mobile app control is preferred.

Equipped with technology including a large LCD display, frost protection and an EasyFill feature makes it easy to top up the central heating system pressure without the need to call an engineer for support. And it comes with a 7-year standard parts and labour warranty

The Baxi Platinum Compact Combi boiler is a well-designed and affordable boiler that is perfect for homes with up to 2 bathrooms.

The Platinum Compact Combi is a new boiler based on the previous version of the Baxi 800 Combi 2. It is still being manufactured but uses older technology such as a previous heat exchanger design.

It’s a good boiler with a good warranty. But if you want the latest efficiencies and technology look at the Baxi 800 Combi 2.
