As a national installer we’re able to cover anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) to make sure you get the very best care for your new boiler.

As well as this, by having your boiler professionally serviced by the manufacturer, your warranty will continue to be valid, ensuring you have the protection when it’s needed.

When do you get your boiler serviced?

You will require 9 to 11 services during the lifespan of your boiler, depending on the warranty length.

Don’t worry about when your boiler was installed – our service schedule is between May and October of each year. Your first service will be within the closest date of your annual service window.

Speak to one of our advisors for further clarification. If you’re on a care plan or a service has been booked and is in our system, it won’t be at risk of being voided.

Gas Safety Check

Both of our care plan options include a Gas Safety Check. This vital process must be carried out in order for you to retain your warranty.

What’s included:

  • Inspection of gas meter and pipe work – This is standard practice for your annual service, therefore a certificate will not be supplied.

What’s not included:

  • The cost of re-inspecting any of the failures detailed on your gas safety check.
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults.
  • Landlord certificate

* Additional charges apply to certain boiler models, hot water cylinder cover and some more rural postcodes.

* Typical example for a one off Service on a 100-W would cost £120.00 inc VAT.
