From the first phone call

From the first phone call, very professional and helpful. The installers worked conscientiously, and left the work area tidy. It was nice to see people who have pride in their work. Follow up calls received to check everything was okay, and went through admin issues. Highly recommended.

Solid company, follows through on its commitments

Great communication. Problem solving. Clean and tidy

Great communication. The install was complicated slightly by our system. Both head office and the installer were very proactive in finding a solution. Including having the boiler manufacturer send an engineer at short notice. All the while in communication with me. Very good. Matteus was very clean, tidy, organised and a pleasure to have work in the house. He adapted the space, a kitchen cupboard, where the boiler is located in the exact condition it was before the install. Would recommend.

Proffesional, quick and efficient

Boiler hut provided a proffesional service from beginning to end. The assessment of my boiler was thorough and quick. Due to it being so bad, boiler hut managed to get my new boiler fitted the next day. The fitters were pleasant,clean and quick. My experience with boilerhut has …been tremendous

My experience with boilerhut has honestly been tremendous from start to finish,just three days from survey to complete installation,i thought it must be too good to be true-but no catches.Everything explained in detail from start to finish,on time and very courteous,Paul and the installers gavin and mark were brilliant,i am not used to workers in the house and was nervous before hand but need not have been.What a contrast to uk boiler grants,waiting over ninth months and didnt get back to me!,I so wish i had gone to boiler hut in the first place,i am delighted,thankyou so much!

Exceptional standards of workmanship

Excellent Service

Everybody at Boiler Hut is very polite, generous and professional.

They provide an excellent service.

The whole process was made very easy.

The boiler itself (a Viessman) seems very quiet and it always responds to the wireless controller.

The Controller also contains the room stat. Not only is it wireless, but it’s also portable, so I can take it into any room, to act as the primary room. This is a powerful feature.

The Controller can program 6 events per day, each one consisting of time and temperature. There’s a temporary override (until the next program time) and a permanent override.

You can program Monday to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as 3 independent programs.

The tap water and radiators are as hot as required, even at the default temperature settings.

I fully recommend Boiler Hut and the Viessman boiler.

Boiler replacement

Our old boiler broke on the Christmas Eve and local plumber couldn’t fix it. As you can imagine there was a quite a bit of scramble to get boiler replaced as soon as possible but at the same time avoiding being ripped off due to time pressure. I had quote from local plumber, Help-Link and British Gas all in range £3000-£3600 for straight gravity fed boiler replacement to having combi boiler installed. Neither of the options was particularly appealing as the cost seemed over the top.

Then I have received call from Paul with Boilerhut. Firstly, it was a sheer pleasure to have conversation with Paul who was genuinely interested in providing honest advice without any sales pressure. He was always available and ready to help. Boilerhut has offered to provide online work quotation based on photos sent which was very useful since it has removed need for engineer visit and hence I could get boiler sooner.

Their quotation was by far best amongst others saving me at least thousand pounds plus they offered to install state of the art Viessmann combi boiler. So, I took plunge and decided to go with Boilerhut, finance was arranged in few easy steps (again better deal that with other providers) and installation date has been agreed within a week. This has all been possible as Paul was working around clock and has made himself available at all the times.

On the installation day installers Gareth and Lee have arrived and set to work. They have completed entire work within a day (again faster than with other quotations) and have done brilliant job on top of being great lads.

Two months down the line, boiler works as a charm and I’m sure we are already saving money on energy bill!

If I ever need to do boiler replacement in the future I would go directly to Boilerhut and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering boiler replacement without hesitation.

Outstanding Service

Boilerhut’s service is undoubtedly the best I have ever received. The team are an absolute pleasure, on hand every step of the way and are extremely knowledgeable. At first, my landlord had her reservations about changing the Boiler due to a previous bad experience with another firm, but after Boilerhut spoke with her and explained the benefits, she gave her consent. The team then surveyed the property and installed the boiler within a day. The process couldn’t have been simpler. I cannot thank them enough for helping me obtain a new boiler. My house is lovely and warm and they even got a couple of radiators working that weren’t previously! I can honestly say you will not be disappointed in working with them and highly recommend their service to any home owner and tenant. I think it fair to say my Landlord was also thrilled. It is so reassuring to know that their are trustworthy, credible companies like Boilerhut who pride themselves on outstanding service.
