Boilerhut are a Viessmann Premium Partner and as such we are able to offer a 10 year warranty on the 050-W and 200-W boiler models and 12 year warranty on the 100-W model.

We’ll quickly start at the beginning, a warranty is a contract to protect and reassure the customer that a product will last a certain amount of time. There will obviously be terms, conditions and exclusions on the warranty. With boilers, one condition will be regular maintenance of the boiler.
Out-of-the-box Viessmann boilers come with a 7-year warranty, but as we’re a Premium Partner we can offer an extended warranty. This is because our engineers have had specific Viessmann training that ensures proper installation.
You will not have to register the product yourself to get the full warranty, Boilerhut will register any boiler we install for you.
In order to ensure your warranty for the full term you should follow good industry practice and get your boiler serviced every year by a Gas Safe engineer who follows the Viessmann service rules to the letter.
At Boilerhut we offer annual servicing through Viessmann themselves. You can organise an annual service, or sign up to an annual plan and every year we can arrange for an official Viessmann engineer to come out to service your boiler.
We believe this is the best option for our boiler installations because if Boilerhut and Viessmann are looking after it annually they will find it hard to deny any warranty claims.
Like all warranties the Viessmann warranty has exclusions, some of these are:
- Accidental damage
- Fire, theft, attempted theft and malicious damage
- Natural disasters
- Non-Viessmann modifications
- Wear and tear
- Maintenance replacements like filters, fuses and batteries
- Aesthetic dents, scratches or paintwork damage
